TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
BDSMBUCKS.COM REVENUE PROGRAM

The following Terms and Conditions Agreement must be agreed to in order to participate in the BDSMBUCKS.com Revenue Program ("The Program"). This program is designed for highly visited websites whose traffic is very productive. Webmasters of such sites can earn 60% of the adjusted net profit of each generated sale and 60% of recurring revenue from referred sales. There is no minimum to meet and the more sales you make, the more the program will pay you. BDSMBUCKS.com invites and welcomes webmasters or owners of Internet web site(s) ("program participants") to send traffic to the participating program sites, and in return we will pay you 60% of the adjusted net sale every time a visitor referred and flagged as being sent by you purchases a valid membership to one of the participating program sites. In order to participate in the program and receive your payment you must follow, comply, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by and are legally binding.

You must use the URL provided to you in order to receive your payment. You may post as many program banners as you wish. Yet, you must use only the exact linking code provided to you by the program. We do not support Warez, MP3, cartoon, XXX password, and any other sites that do not cater to an adult audience and they will not be paid. Any program participants found advertising BDSMBUCKS.com sites on those type of sites will be terminated without pay and legal action will be BDSMBUCKS' option to recover any payments previously paid. "Blind Links", text links, and text links in a pop up window will be acceptable only if a visitors has actually clicked on a link to get to one of our pages.

Commissions are paid as follows. For the total new sales that are recorded as being referred by your account, you will receive a commission of sixty percent ( 60% ) of the adjusted net profits for that pay period. Adjusted net profit is defined as the total sum of new orders and recurring orders less 14.5% for processing fees less chargebacks and less credits and a 6 month rolling reserve set at 5%. By participating in the program you agree to take full responsibility for the content and the lawful use of your Web site.

BDSMBUCKS.com reserves the right to deny any prospective webmasters admittance into the program based on the content of their web site for any reason. The action of sending clicks or hits from URL’s which contain and/or promote the following content but not limited to is a violation of this agreement: Child Pornography, Beastiality, Rape, acts of Violence, or any unlawful material. BDSMBUCKS.com has zero tolerance for "spamming" (the act of sending unsolicited bulk e-mail and posting to newsgroups). No Spamming is allowed. Any income or payment due to program participants derived from spamming will be stopped and the account will be terminated. In order to enter this agreement and participate in the program you must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your legal jurisdiction and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, or other rules and regulations that would not allow you from entering this agreement.

You also agree to indemnify BDSMBUCKS.com against any loss, damage or liability, which result from the use of any BDSMBUCKS materials such as banners and artwork authorized by this Agreement. BDSMBUCKS reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason without advance notification. If this occurs, BDSMBUCKS will notify you by e-mail immediately and will pay you for all Commisions achieved to that point in time, except in cases where BDSMBUCKS found that you violated this Agreement in any manner. Upon termination of your account with the program you must immediately remove all BDSMBUCKS.com participating site banners from your site(s).

Only 1 Account may be opened per person or company, you may also use the same account on more than one web site. BDSMBUCKS grants no assurances of any sort, with regard to the performance of the Banners/links, and the content of BDSMBUCKS web site(s) listed with the program. BDSMBUCKS will not be held liable to the program participants for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind originating from or in connection with any mistakes, deletions, delays, interruptions in the transmission or reception of BDSMBUCKS services or content.

Checks are issued weekly through CCBill. Your income from online checks is added to your income from credit card processing. CCBill will mail you your commission check directly to you. If a mailing falls on a weekend, checks are mailed the earliest Monday morning. Income from card and check sales and referral bonuses is combined onto one check. You must notify BDSMBUCKS in advance of any changes to your account’s payment information. You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security number on the join form. BDSMBUCKS will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more. BDSMBUCKS reserves the right to change the payout percentage with a 3 day notice.

By filling out and submitting the Sign Up form, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions for this Agreement and agree to become legally bound as a participant in this agreement.
